| 1 | Are dads welcome into TribaMother? Dads are always welcome in TribaChild, and on Friday night, Saturday and Sundays in TribaMother. |
| 2 | Are neonates or infants welcome into TribaMother? Unfortunately no children are welcome in TribaMother, our childminders are delighted to look after all children in TribaChild. |
| 3 | Can I order a meal in TribaChild? Yes, TribaCafe's menu can be ordered everywhere throughout Triba. |
| 4 | May I come to yoga if I'm not a member? Yes, if you are not a member (yet) and you would like to come a class, a day visitor's fee of R90.00 is applicable. |
| 5 | May I eat at the cafe, use the Spa, come to hairdresser or the retailshop if I'm not a member? Yes, if you are not a member (yet), and you would like to make use of these facilities, a day visitors fee of R90.00 is applicable. |
| 6 | May I bring my child-minder? Yes, if she has been specified on your EXTENDED MEMBERSHIP contract. |
| 7 | May I leave my child at Triba to attend a meeting? Only if your meeting is taking place at Triba, your child may never be left at Triba without you. However your child can be at the centre with a 'specified extended', 'custodian' or 'paternal' member. |
| 8 | Do I need to book the 'sleep rooms'? No booking is needed for use of the sleep rooms, they work on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
| 9 | Do I need to book the meeting room? Yes, please book at reception. The TribaCafe menu can also be ordered in the meeting room. |
| 10 | May I bring men and or non-members to a meeting? Yes, provided reception has their names and that they do not use any other facility at Triba. If they wish to utilize any other facility, they will need to pay the day visitorsÕ fee or become a member. You will need to come and collect your visitor at Reception when they arrive and bring them back to Reception after your meeting. Also men are not allowed to use TribaMother on a week day. |

| 12 | Will the child-minder change my child's nappy? Yes, but only if you allow it. Please bring this to our attention. |

| 15 | What is the cut off age for children? We do not have an age limit. |
| 16 | Can I have my baby weighed and vaccinated at Triba? Yes. |
| 17 | Will the child-minder feed my child? No. The primary care-giver is responsible for feeding the child. |
| 18 | Can my child join me for lunch? Yes, provided you sit at a cafe table in TribaChild. |
| 19 | Will there be refreshments for my child? TribaChild will serve water continually. Any other beverage may be bought from the cafˇ. |
| 20 | May I take a book home from the library? yes, please let Reception know which book, they will take down your details. |
| 21 | Where can I smoke at Triba? Triba is a wellness centre and smoke-free environment. However, if the need is there, you may ONLY smoke in a pre-designated area in the garden behind the conference venue. Please look for the signs. |
| 22 | Is there a limit to how much time I can spend at Triba? No, you can spend as much time as you'd like at Triba and as often as you'd like. We are open 7 days per week during the day and Friday night in the evening also. |
| 23 | Do you have pre-arranged activities for the children? Yes, there is a weekly schedule. |
| 24 | Do you have a sick room for my child? Whilst we would love to offer a children's sick room, our facilities do not allow it and we therefore request that should your child not be well they remain tucked up in bed and not brought to TRIBA. |
| 25 | Can my child sleep at Triba? Yes, we have camping cots available as well as carry cots. |
